POLICIES & TERMS
As a client, at the submission of the deposit payment, you are committing to the terms, conditions, and services of Exquisite and Beyond Events.
As a client, you are also committed to the physical and financial responsibility of all inventory, products, and services provided by Exquisite and Beyond, not physical ownership of any inventory unless it is a customized/personalized item(s).
As the client, you are liable and responsible for the purchase and/or placement cost of any damaged inventory included with the services rendered by the firm.
As the client, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the venue. Any responsibility of cleanliness that may transfer from the client to the firm due to this obligation will result in a $150-$300 fee payable to the firm via an additional invoice.
The client is responsible for notifying the Firm of any extenuating circumstances that may result in cancellation or rescheduling. The Client can only reschedule for another date agreed upon with the firm but is not entitled to the selected package balance that surpasses the deposit amount. Any inventory purchased is the property of Exquisite and Beyond Events and its holding company.
The Client must notify the Firm of any extenuating circumstances that may result in cancellation 30 days prior the date of service. Sufficient notification qualifies the client to be refunded the initial security deposit ONLY, final approval of the initial deposit is at the discretion of the firm with consideration of the circumstances that surpassed the stated 30-day notification.
If the selected venue is not on ground or main floor level, Exquisite and Beyond must have access to an elevator for inventory transport. If this access is not available, it may result in denial of request of services.
As the client, please have in a suggested budget amount for your event. The Suggested Budget will assist Exquisite and Beyond on the financial map for your event, although other factors may contribute to overall final price.
